Error when playing DVD

Error when playing DVD

My nephew messed my kenwood system up in car and the next day his stopped working. He put a DVD in it and it will say loading then it will say error. He has bought n cleaned the head but no difference .

I am confused are you giving me a laugh or after help? if you are after help I would recommend listing a model and maybe A kenwood forum?

am i missing something? :?
