If I put sub in boot (Megane (II) CC, will I hear anything?

If I put sub in boot (Megane (II) CC, will I hear anything?

I think this car is still classed as a hatchback even though you can't really climb through boot into rear seats (it's more a sedan/saloon), if I fit a subwoofer into the boot, will I hear it? With roof up and roof down...

Bass is non-directional so you will definitely hear / feel it in the boot if it's of sufficient size and appropriately powered.
