i plugged the AUX cable into my phone and into the box thing in the glove box and went onto AUX on the source menu bit it wont play 
any ideas why not thankshow to get AUX to work

how to get AUX to work
hi i have tried to play my phone throught the AUX on my car bit it wont work i plugged the AUX cable into my phone and into the box thing in the glove box and went onto AUX on the source menu bit it wont play any ideas why not thanks

give your wiring a check over.. maybe somethings came loose, or needs replacing.
