Fitting a Wharfedale Stereo

Hi guys
Not too clued up on stereos but bought a wharfedale stereo from argos have tried to install this into my car but there is no possible way of this fitting the circle connector is to big for the back of the stereo and I have a connector from the car which doesnt fit into the stereo at all.
Will post some pics if I can later today of my problem
