Bluetooth headunit?

Hi.. Newbie megane owner..
the standard stereo is pretty pants..
Looking for an intergrated headunit that will work as handsfree for the phone too..
Are there any tried and tested models out there.. looking for a cheapish unit that wont break the bank..
what other stuff do I need to make the steering wheel controls to work and display etc..
