Help Please before 10pm tonight

Asking a favour...PLEASE PLEASE
It says 10pm in title due to that is my next official breaktime here at work
Could some one please generate me a code please, I am at work and my radio needs a code due to a flat battery today and I don't have the code
Our works computer server won't let me go to the following site and I am here at work till 12am.
My Security number on my radio is M528, just pulled it out of the dash on the car park to get the number.
Could some one please PM me the 4 digit number or post on here so I can at least have some tunes on the way home from work... 45 mins drive home at 12am is very boring and tiring
