does any one know where you get the four digit code for the in dash cd changer ,thanks

thanks mate its given me a code which ive tried it wont work but im not sure if im doing it proply,the cd player i have in there works fine but soon as i connect the cd changer it asks for the code,im not sure if it means cd player code or cd changer code,also what button do you press to activate the code once it has been entered,thanks

On a CD player unit it is number 6: press and hold until the beep is heard. I really don't know about the CD changer.

i still cant get it to work it keeps saying cd code ive looked in the manual it says the system is locked after cd changer is replaced and i should contact dealer and they will enter their identification code ,so looks like a trip to renault ££££££££££££ thanks anyway mate

Some of the dealers are kind enough to provide a code free of charge. You can try phoning them and ask how much it is. It may pay off.
