Looks like fuses are ok so must be a wiring fault or something.

I've tried various apps and downloading code calculators but can't find the code for N963-please can someone help?
Not having the radio working I'm my car is killing me and with long journeys coming up over Christmas if I still can't find a code our family may actually have to talk to each other in the car instead of arguing over what radio station to have on. Thanks in advance

There's so much easy way to sort out your problem. There's no need to pull out your radio... to find out your radio pre-code xxxx just press simultaniously buttons 1 & 6 for 4-5 seconds and u'll get 1 letter and 3 digits pre-code.
Register for free on https://renault-drive.ru, go to https://renault-drive.ru/codemegane.html insert your pre-code in a window provided and get your free 4 digit code in 20 seconds... just did it myself!
This is Russian site so if you do not speak Russian yourself, there's definitely around someone who does!
