Steering controls with New HU (alpine)

Postby JJR » Fri Feb 12, 2010 7:08 am

Hi there

I just installed a new alpine HU (CDA-105Ri) and bought a APF-D102RE interface so i can use my Steering controles.
But heres the problem.

I wont work :hm . There is a box with this set /APFD102RE there is somewiring entering this little black box and there is a possibility to have some to exit. but i dont have anyone exiting th box is that why it wont work? There is absolutly no wireing i can put into to it other than on the one side.
Anyone know if i have to manufature some thing my self, or am i doing it wrong? (its hard to do wrong as its plug and play lookalike)

Hope you can assist a Dane (suck at spelling english) :nut ..

\\Johnny

I used the Autoleads adaptor, put a phot or photos explaining the set up.

The black box with cables going in one side is correct - that's how mine looked..

I think there was a plug on the other side, but nothing goes in there..

My post has a picture of the wiring loom, although it probably won't help much.
