Not seen this on here yet and its on my mind.
I'm currently designing a car-pc similar to chris's in his saloon.
The only problem that arises is the monitor.
Its either going in the double din slot or where chris has his on the top mounted in place.
As he has not really elaborated on how he did it, i wondered if it were possible to use the carminat monitor in the dashboard and connect it to my pc instead of the sat nav?
I know the carminat is like rocking horse S**t but i would only need the monitor and the mounting arrangement.
Any ideas?

it was discussed years ago. didn't get very far as the monitor and housing are seriously expensive to buy. then you might have an interface problem too.
