Kenwood Sat Nav double din fitment

I have just purchased a 2009 Renault Mégane 225 cup 5 door here in Australia and the car has a build date of Oct 2008 in France. I wish to fit the new DNX7240BT unit to my vehicle and I need to make the new unit operate as the factory fitted unit does? I would like the system to use the stalk control and the separate dash display. I would greatly appreciate your input in this as have found Kenwood Australia no help at all. Do I need the can bus interface or just a lead set? My vehicle has a separate dash for the radio display and outside temperature, Kenwood had an interface kit for the separate dash display CAW-RN7400 for the phase 1 Mégane but it seams everyone I talk to is unsure with the Phase 2. HELP........
