SUB with standard stereo!!!! HELP PLEASE :(

I have an Autoleads Line output converter PC1 601 from halfords. Does anybody know the which colours are which on the stereo wiring loom so i am able to attach them to the rear speakers. i cant find a wiring diagran ANYWHERE :(
