it has a multiplug with 10 pins one is not used blank....... the car it is from was on its way to be squashed total loss so was a freebie... it says on the slider renault alpine compact disc changer...on the top s/no al9rn4j0520415
if it isnt compatible with my car its free to a good home or swap for an owners manual

Am I right in thinking this is the Alpine unit with a top sliding door which reviles a removable cartage which 6 CDs can be slotted into?

As it sits in the rear of the phase one Megane ( boot LHS) its only really of use to you or anyone else if you have the matching cable. (2.5 odd meters that links it to the front HU [ISO 80 cable])

Yes you can wire it to your to a standard Meggy HU but the connecting cable is less common that rocking horse sh1T. Although you could fabricate your own if so desired.

If it’s going in the Bin I will certainly pay for postage to take it off your hands!

Regards

P
