DAB+ Wiring kit

Hi,

I wondered if there was an after market kit that would convert the normal FM radio so it can pick-up DAB/DAB+?

I have the standard Renault radio/CD player and just wondered if it could be upgraded instead of being replaced.

Idealy you would want one that could make use of the AUX in either the way it is or converted to a 3.5mm jack.
