xtrons TD712 steering wheel control?

just brought one of these hu's off ebay. it said that it comes with steering wheel control so when i recieved it i found that there was 3 cables tied up with steering wheel control on them. one with gnd on it which i prosume is ground from the controls then there is on with key 1 and one with key 2 just wondering if anyone knows what cables they have to go to?
i contacted the seller and they replyed that it works off a analog control???? :S

Not to burst your bubble on the new purchase but i two also own one and dont hold much love for it. You will see what i mean when you come to use the include software, O and if you ever manage to get a clear TV signal let me know as im interested how...

I would update the operating system b4 install to something a bit more user friendly.

GPS aint bad, just the included maps are worth updating to, (download and patch tomtoms)

Its not bad for the money, but you do get what you pay for.

how do you update the opperating systems? also is there a way of changing the apperance of the menu's etc becouse its like something for the 80's when you turn it on. not the best graphics eva.
also how do you go about changing the gps software?

sorry to bump an old thread but i Just wondering if you ever managed to get the steering wheel controls working with it as im struggling to now. Xtrons technical support are useless so am getting no where
