Sony CD/MP3 Changer Adaptor

Hi All,

I have recently purchased a Sony CD/MP3 Changer (CDX-T70MX) to install in my Megane Oasis (55 Plate) with the standard Renault Headunit. I have also purchased a CD Changer Adaptor from Halfords. The adaptor is a Connects2 product and on the front the model is "ARNS003/MRNS003" however it also says "VDO Tuner List"

II have recently taken it to an audio centre to fit, however I am being told that I have the wrong product as my stereo is an Update List model.

After going back to Halfords, they kindly removed my headunit to have a look. It appears to fit in the correct slot. Does anyone know if the product i have bought would be compatible with the Update List Stereo?

When i type in the product ID ARNS003 into the connects to website it brings up CTARNS003?? Confusing...!

no.you need the update list part.
the pins are different.
