Recommendations needed!

Hi i'm new to the forum

Apologies if this has already been posted, have had a quick look but can't find anything

Am looking to have mp3 playback in my 2004 megane 1.9dci it currently has the factory fitted 7 cd player (6cd changer with 1cd head unit)

was looking at a dension ice connector for the ipod but am also keen on changing the head unit for something better! can anyone recommend anything?

Also have looked through all the bits that came with the car and cannot find any keys to take the stereo out.

You won't get keys to take the stereo out. You'll have to buy these (they're about £3).

If you want MP3 connectivity, you can keep it standard looking and buy a Tunebox but you'll lose the 6-cd changer.

Or you can get rid of both and buy an aftermarket kit. Pioneer, Alpine are good brands... but it's entirely upto you what you like and what your budget is!

A coathanger bent into a U shape does the trick, no need to buy the keys.
