Poor AM signal!

HI, i have just installed a pionner DEH-P55BT into my 03 Megane which had a tuner list radio before.

Its wonderfull, you can be handsfree as soon as you press the ignition button. But this all seems to come at a cost. AM RADIO

My orginal tunerlist radio could pick up talksport no problem but now the pioneer one can only recieve fuzz. Is there anything i can do?

Also the lovely people at halfords tried convincing me i had to pull off my dash to plug a lead into the lcd display to get the radio controls to work on my steering wheel! mmmm i doubt that somehow. So if anyone can give me a definitive answer as to what lead will utilise my radio controls on a pioneer to tunerlist 03 megane would be a god send.

you need to order CA-R-PI.182 from a pioneer centre. this will give you the stalk controls but not display.

Excellent. Thanks for the help, looks like ive paid £180 for a headunit that cant even get talksport. Gutted!!!
