Remove speakers in back doors of a Sedan

Hi to all.... I just got a set of new 13cm JBL speakers to fi tin the rear doors of my Megane sedan.... anyone knows how to get access to the speakers?

There are 2 ways to do it... I'd try to post pics soon... as a mate of mine helped me with it.. but it's going to be tough :)
