Please help with fitting new radio

Hi Guys, new to this forum and just brought a 07 Megane 2.0D GT )

I was wandering if there's any aftermarket radios that would support my centre console display and my steering wheel stalk controls as my current radio doesn't have an aux socket

I put a Sony unit in my Megane that is specifically is compatible with the car, steering controls work just fine. I bought it off eBay probably about 4 years ago but suspect they might be rare.
