Hi all

I am a Renault virgin, and I hope the horror stories about reliability don't come to haunt me!!!

I swapped a 2.5L X-Type jag for it as I got made redundant and thought I ought to get something sensible I must say going from 2.5L to 1.4L is going to take some getting used to!

First impressions though, very nice car, I even have started to get used to the unusual bum.

Anyway, I hope you'll welcome me here.

wow thats a come down in size, wife has the 1.4 rush and loves it, think you will feel the lack of horses but have fun.

I feel your pain. I had a 406 3.0 V6 then for fuel cost reasons i bought my dCi, i soon got used to having nearly half the power tho

Cheers both of you. So Toosh, you're telling me the 'Rush' doesn't mean fast... damn!

All I can say is the one I got was absolutely mint - like a brand new car, so even though I lost a Jag, I feel like I've upgraded in a way.

Anyway, I look forward to being a member of the Renault Megane comunity!
