Heya,

I am Erik, from The Netherlands. Working in the wholesale furniture.
Previous I had a Renault Mégane 1.6. 16v Coupe running on LPG, I loved it. It was fully-spec, but unfortunately to a little mistake I wrecked it.

Next to the GT I also have a Renault 5 GTTurbo, just for fun

It took me a long time to find me a car that suited me, it became this 2004 Grand-tour 2.0 16v and I guess it is a dynamique luxe. This one also runs on LPG, but with injection.
I am not yet the owner, I can pick it up saturday over a week.

I've got the same engine (automatic) and love it.

How can one tell....Since I got so confused with the levels.

I know it is a 'luxe' for sure...but on which level...beat me....hahaha. I just happen to know it is quite fully loaded haha.

First problem I know is that I need to change the black sensors behind the doorhandles, since the handsfree keyless is not really flawless. Got any idea how much they cost?

Hi Erik - welcome to the MOC! Looks like a privelige to me - got the wheels that came with that spec here in the UK. Don't know if your specs are slightly different from ours though.

I had to clean the ceiling, it had halve a dog of hair in it

Bought some things this morning for installing.


Double ISO, to protect the car's wiring and the radio


Started soldering


On my knee is the steeringwheel interface, quite bulky, but...


Upside down, it fits very nice to the air-duct for a good hide-away


Chaos.


The carkit mounted above the glove compartment




Left side open for wiring for navi.


And trying to get a cable nice out of sight, You can hardly notice where the cable is going.






Everything starting to be looking ok...




Little more neat


One thing left to do, make a bracket for the navigation sceen


And I want frames for the Din-slots.
