New Renault Megane 1.6vvt owner help

little help and advise please

I have just bought a Megane on a 04 plate and what to change induction kit on it and exhaust system. can any one recommend best place to by and what kind, sized etc etc and also looking for some 19in alloys for it if anyone can point me in the right place and fitting sizes.

or any place local to darlington county durham
