wheel bearings

Hi chaps, my megan has recently started to make a horrible noise from the o/s rear wheel. now im assuming its the bearing thats gone and if so how easy/hard is it to change? Im a competent mechanic (not professional) but i can only find coupe bearings via the net, it seems no one has any of our type, but maybe im just not looking hard enough
If anyone has experience in this can you give me some tips or pointers please
