Soon to be a Megane 225 sport Owner Aberdeen

Hi guys,

Im jason 22 year old from Aberdeen and soon to be a megane owner. The car I have just now is a Nissan 350z however it was becomming to much and a two seater was a disadvantage. Will be picking up my megane on wed and hope to enjoy the car very much. Can anyone fill me in with things to look out for wear and tear etc before I pick it up form the garage so I know i can get these parts replaced. Look forward to meeting other owners and for them to pass on theyre knowledge.

Shame your losing your 350z as i love those cars. How much did it set you back and how much you getting for it with your Megane 225?? Wise choice for a down grade though as the 225 is a fab looking Megane. Welcome to the club. I own an 03 black Dynamique. Had it for 3 months now and love the thing.

Things to look out for / do:

water ingress; check all carpets and floor pockets as well as door pockets
electrics: check everything works as it should

once you've got it get registered with Renault UK after which you'll then be able to make sure that it's had any recall work done.

THe car cost me £16,000 Loved it too bits however it was breaking my bank account each month. Traded it in for 13500 and the megane cost me £9000, with 29k on the clock.
