Hi,

I'm Ross W. I've owned 2 Meganes in the past 3 years... First one I had was in the picture below. Citrus Green 3 door 1.4 dynamique with opt extra comfort pack. Before that I had a Blue Clio 1.2 dynamique and we decided to go bigger as we had a baby. Megane was best in class for safety and the 1.4 was good for me as cheap to run and insure as I was only 19. We went to France in that car and had a great time jaunting about, however we had to replace a coil on this so I just done all 4 myself as didn't want any hassle, now finding out it could've been done on warranty I'm a bit pissed to say the least, (I didn't fancy the colour either, it was the mrs who chose that but I got my sunroof). Anyway, after having our Citrus Megane for 2 years we decided that my daughter was old enough and that we could maybe save a bit more money by getting rid and getting a wee Clio 1.2 extreme. We were coping well however we just missed having the space of the Megane and let's just say you know when your doing 80 in a Clio... After 6 months we decided it was bye bye Clio, Hello phase 2 megane!! I'm now 22 (for another 2 weeks anyway) so we decided to get the big guns out and get a 225 but when I tried to get a quote from the insurance company we're with (I work for them) they laughed me off the phone, so we just got a 5 door Megane 1.6 Dynamique, it doesn't have my sunroof but it's got two extra doors which means I don't have a constant lump on my head from putting the wee one in. So as you can see I've had the meganes just never had the time to sign up to this. I also decided the other day that it would be a clever idea to anihalate an alloy wheel and tyre so I feel like a right plonk! So if anyone would like to donate me an alloy (tyre or not) then feel free to give me a PM.

shame the insurance was such a killer on the 225!

u enjoying ur 1.6 still tho i hope?

Enjoying it when I get a shot...
I only live 5 minutes from work so travel by bus, my other (better) half uses the car to commute! So I only get it at weekends and evenings, gutter.
But when i've got it, I enjoy it!
