New car!

Hey i'm new to this and also new to my first car, I have a Renault megane mk2 1.6, absolutely love the car however, the back windows don't work? they are electronic, if I can fix this fault then I am looking to keep this car for as long as possible. Any ideas would be fantastic! Thanks, Skye x
