I had the same issue a while ago, and it should be the pressure switch. But dont let it fool you even if you replace the pressure switch you have to fix the code on the ECU because its already disabled and even if you replace the switch it wont work until u clear the code(reset ecu). Hi, the pressure switch having power to it doesn't mean it's working. If it's only 2 wires, just connect them together see if it works, if not, test the compressor direct to the battery see if it activates. Bob. does the pressure switch have the same power source as the connector to the compressor.

Pressure Sensor does have power going to it,machanic said engine bay fuse fine but just no power going to connector.Also the fan doesnt come on.

Hi has anyone got a wiring diagram for the air con,for megane mrk 2 2006.....Need to sort this air con problem out the engine bay fuse is fine but no power to the compressor.

I think the fuse has gone dont fancy getting to the engine fuse box,but just thought if put a wire from battery directly to ac compressor would it make ac work,just for a hr or so,so i can have a bit of cold air in this heat.I know i wont be able to turn it off with the button but i will just pulll ...

Hi, not an expert on this but there is a fuse F4 in engine fuses (not connected to button according to almost useful Haynes ) You also got the pressure switch could be the trouble, plus test the clutch from battery.
