Pull out the emergency key (comes out with battery), use it to flip the tab off the passenger handle and uncover the lock. Use said key in said lock and hey presto.... you're in!!!

Do your windows have the "one touch" function, ie do they rise and lower on their own after only a short press of the button? If so then you require the 6 pin motors.

If you have to keep the button pressed for the duration of the window movement then you require the 2 pin motors.

Once the locknut is removed (30mm if i recall), the disc/hub assembly just slides off easily.
You will probably require a tool for pushing back the pistons as they require turning at the same time.

Check what voltages you are getting at the mirror and at the switch.
