Just realised with mine being a GTLine I get a dial not a lcd screen thing.
However water temp should be higher than that.

Pumps will be putting out winter diesel now with an anti waxing agent in it to stop in freezing.
This lowers the cetane number so you use more fuel.

I have a 2013 1.5 dci 110 my temp gauge rises smoothly from bottom to normal running temp.
Normal for mine is 48mpg.

Reading your post When I try to start the engine with the card in place I get message saying steering locked then steering not locked then remove card then press brake + start Unless you have hands free model the card needs to stay in slot and will not start unless it's in. Also have you tried clutc...

Take the plug off the reverse switch on gear box
short the plug connections with a piece of wire and see if they come on

I agree the loop has moved.
loosen off the torx bolts a touch and tap with hammer gently
Close door re adjust or tighten up.

Fuse blown in Engine bay fuse box.
Now the bad bit its on the second level.
Battery out, battery box out, ECU moved then top level of fuse box teased out of way.
