They are on same fuse as drivers side lights(front and back) if i remember rightly, just check they are working. If not its fuse 7a or 7b in the fuse box by the battery not the one by the glovebox.

I had this and it was a glow plug. Good news on the radio code though.

I take it you've tried the battery first? My battery died out of the blue yet i had all lights on dash working, also had a clicking relay as well.
