Maybe there are different programs? I know on my old Laguna, the normal system could be set up so that one click of the card button unlocked the driver's door only and a further press all doors. The hatch of a hatchback or estate is commonly referred to as a door. Hence, Meganes are either 3 or 5 door (with the possible exception of the CC, which could be referred to as a 2 door!).

Use the remote controls next to the steering wheel. The scroll wheel changes the numbers one at a time. Press the button underneath (on the bottom) to move to the next number. Having entered the four numbers, hold this button for a few seconds and it should confirm the code.
