to be honest its not a straight forward job like on petrol turbos, its a chew on and although they are functional they are still electronically controled i think, im sure someone on here has one.

About 8-10bhp depends from car to car, you might get 5bhp to be honest its not really worth doing on non turbo cars. you'll never get a 2.0 meg to be quick, put your money aside and buy a 172 or 182 you can get them for peanuts now.

get yourself to halfords and buy yourself some quality stick on products, maybes some bonnet vents?
