I don't know about the hatch, since I have an estate with bars, but you could check out Thule and see what they suggest. There's plenty of places (online and offline) that sell the bits. No idea on the rear carrier.

Not that I've come across, but that's not to say it's not possible. I'd like to have the fuel used in litres, since that's the units I use to buy diesel.

That would really depend on their size. The Sport Tourer has a normal capacity of 520l, and if you managed to fill it with speakers then you'd easily be able to damage your hearing.

I've managed to put a large umbrella in the boot under the cover. I don't know the other Meganes, but there's a fair bit of storage in the Sport Tourer for things under the boot floor. On my previous car (Pug 307 hatch) I just had it in the boot by the rear seat-back held in place by a small box (th...

5 Years ago I took my Punto (a Mk2) to Norway for 6 months and got (paid for by the company I worked for at the time, who sent me) headlight protectors with stickers to adjust the beam. I reasoned it was worth doing since it was 6 months and Norway require dipped beams on 24/7. If you're going somew...

We got carpeted mats thrown in with the deal, which are nice, but they do move forwards, under the pedals. Not terrible, but after driving a 307 for 18 months where the mats didn't (as they are screwed in) it's annoying. Might look into small front mud flaps then, as the Megane is currently filthy a...

I have a dCi 106, which is the more powerful 1.5 in my tourer and it's really good. I came from a 307 1.6 petrol (110bhp) and find the Megane quicker apart from the initial off the line. I'm very impressed with my first diesel, and it's returning very good economy for me.

My Sport Tourer has them, but I have no idea of any code or price. Can't your dealer not give you that info?

I don't have the folding mirrors, but did drive an Espace in France last month with them on. It might have something to do with the position you leave the switch in. Otherwise ask your supplying dealer if they can be made to do it in the cars inner configuration (if you want that). I remember that F...

I had something similar to this a few weeks ago when doing a long journey. The wipers went constantly when set to intermittent/auto, which meant it was annoying as a driver when I wanted them to wipe intermittently! When we stopped after 90 mins I looked at the sensor and nothing appeared to be caus...

I think it's a very good idea to have stickies. Perhaps even a new subforum might be the answer since having loads of stickies means more scrolling before a new post can be seen.

As for my mpg, so far I've only done a single brim-to-brim, and that calculated out at 57.7mpg

I put my glasses/sunglasses (depending on sunshine) in the tray underneath the radio, although if you have a CD-Changer there it's not possible. I'd hate to try any use the holder mounted in place of a grab handle while going along.

Not sure what's happened to the pics. I have a Sport tourer which means the sunroof is double with the font part opening. I think the saloon only has the front part. It goes up and retracts outside rather than inside the roof. The width is greater than most older sunroofs. To me it would have been w...

You need the right magazine for the changer. When I used to have one (A Blaupunkt) the changer used the holder in the magazine to retrieve each CD, so it it didn't line up it wouldn't be able to play any CD, and might well get jammed.

I think Dension now do some units called "Gateway" that allow a CD Changer to still be connected as well as the iPod.
