I ran my battery flat replacing the blower resistor pack - the doors were open and the courtesy lights ran the battery flat. It's easily done.
Half an hour charging (I left it in place, just disconnected the battery leads) and we were back in business.

Cleaned the car out at the weekend. Used cheap spray stuff, and now the drivers window only works in steps. The auto-closing also doesn't work. Has the cleaning gunk got into the switch? FFS..

Mine switch off as soon as I open the driver's door.
