Re: Really need help, running out of options
The gauge on my 54plate 1.5 dci is all over the place like most of the electrics, really spoils a potentially good car, I just fill to brim then 600 mls do the same again, don,t need the gauge.

Re: Renault Megane 2005, (Estate 1.9 DCI) - Injector Problem
Seems a bit suspect that all four are duff, a small air leak will let the fuel run back to the tank and make starting difficult, try new leak off pipes and check all other accessible joints, even the priming bulb as the non return valve in them can be faulty.

Re: Fuel pump or not
Or as I found out when you have a leak on a by pass pipe and the fuel runs back to the tank you have to manually prime the system, unlike some that have a lift pump in the tank.

Re: renault megane 2009 esp, abs, break system, airbag and power steering fault
My 54 plate 1.5 dci was doing just the same I thought it may be moisture in the under bonnet fuse box, decided to stick a new batt in as had just bought one for daughters car (another story there) now seems to work fine didn't need to get into fuse box, and make sure both clamps are tight.

Fuel pump or not
My 1.5 dci 80 has a priming bulb under the bonnet, does this mean it dose not have a lift pump in the tank.
