Re: intermitting starting problem

cam sensor would not stop the engine turning over as the sensor does not work until it turns over.
what is the red light on the dials doing when it won't start and if the problem happens when the engine is still warm does the engine temp gauge work or does it look like it's not powering up.

Re: Fuse Box Under The Bonnet

have you checked all the wiring. ifi remember it's a flat ribbon and runs up into the roof liner and comes down the passenger side windscreen pillar and behind the glove box.
worth checking it's plugged in behind glove box incase someone has removed it to stop a warning message appearing

Re: steering fault

when you say cocked to the right i presume you mean when driving in a straight line you steering wheel is sitting of centre.
the airbag system has most likely detected the jerk from the ball joint popping and logged it in it's ecu. this should just reset but will need plugged in to a computer.

Re: Fuse Box Under The Bonnet

when the new sensor was fitted did you also fit the new jelly seal that sticks to the screen as with out this the sensor does not detect anything and they can not be reused so that could also be part of the problem if someone before you has removed the sensor and just put it back on using the old se...

Re: headlight adjustment

check the headlamp adjuster is fitted into the back of the headlamp properly and that the ball and socket inside the headlight are installed correctly and the bouncing you describe means the motor has run out of manual adjustment. my bet is that the ball on the end of the motor is against the socket...

Re: Roof Adjustment on a CC

the adjustment you need is where the hood actually bolts on to the car body right at the back and are very hard to get too.
you could try with the roof just open putting pressure on it to push it in the direction you need. but be careful not to break anything

Re: bad vibrations

sounds like you have quite alot of free play on a steering or suspension component. at slow speeds it would not show up and at high speeds the wheels are kept under control by rotational force. in between these speeds it will travel thou the car as the wheels basicly wobble around trying to centrali...
