The charging voltage seems high to me, I would expect between 14-14.8v.
Is it a new battery?

Re: Megane III dynamique strange rattle and performance issues
The engine light only goes off when you start the engine. You would know if it was the dephaser, you would hear a rattle on starting the engine like a box of spanners. Then it would go quiet. Fluctuating revs sounds like something else. A vacuum leak? However, your noise sounds exhaust linked so it ...

Re: Help plus question on OBD 2
I have two of these one wifi and one bluetooth. Both work but on various cars they are not able to recognise all pids. However, they do connect, which is your real question. I also got a wired Autel one because I was convinced the connectionless ones were junk. I tried a colleagues expensive one whi...

Re: MOT fail on emissions
Running rich is probably the most likely answer. Now what would cause that? Dodgy Cam sensor, dodgy coils, dodgy plug, etc. So without some other testing and codes its' hard to say but one thing is for sure. GO TO ANOTHER GARAGE! Replacing both O2 sensors will not fix this issue. Is it missing at all?

Re: CAR FAILED WHILE DRIVING ON MOTORWAY - HELP!
I don't think it should start just by pressing the start button, you either have to press the brake or the clutch as a safety feature so that the car won't jerk forward.
