Urgent help needed please

Hi all, I need some urgent advice regarding my 54 plate 1.6 auto. The car has done 38000 miles but unfortunately due to me not working for the last few months i have not been able to afford to have the 36k mile service done, so its overdue by 2300 miles. Yesterday while returning home, about half mi...

Only thing is they aren't yet ab;e to undertake warranty work , however they are trying to change this soon. Also the guy there sat down and went thru everything they were doing and phoned regularly with updates

Yeah I can second that opinion. After looking around we found this place and to be honest they were great. Although I haven't used them for the megane yet, my misses used them for her clio. They quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted it out for a great price. She had a major 36k service, new rear ...

I get between 33 round town and 38 on a gentle long run. Mines a 1.6 auto so the consumption is a bit higher.

True. I keep mine in that tray at the moment but hate them moving around. I'll probably just get some of that antislip stuff to put in there.

Ray, there is absolutely nothing on the drivers side. No pegs etc. Unless there is something under the cloth upholstery?

sunglasses holder

My Dynamique does not have the sunglasses holder and I would like to fit one as my glasses keep getting scratched when they slide around etc. Can anyone tell me how the genuine sunglasses holders fit on the drivers door. Mine doesn't have the handle on the drivers door where the holder fits.

What make and size are your alloys? I too have put 16 spoke 17 inch wheels on which look similar to yours.

Yeah sounds exactly the same mate. Noise increases with rev rise. Oh well I guess I'll just have to put up with it. I will mention it next time I'm at dealers though just so if anything does go wrong its noted. Just another noise to add to the squeaky dash, steering knock, noisy engine and whiney au...

It's definitely audible inside the car. If you switch aircon off the noise goes away, switch back on and the noise reappears. Never known any other aircon to make this noise.

Anybody else have noisy aircon or is yours silent?

Noisy Aircon

I've asked this before but got no real answer. When I switch my Aircon on I can hear it click on from outside the car, but then it makes a constant whooshing noise which is clearly audible inside. I have driven numerous cars with aircon and none have ever made this noise. Anybody elses make noise an...
