From personal experience, get one with no cracks what so ever and all the grills otherwise can cost a bomb!

You do get some nice gains on diesels. Mine went from 80 to 113bhp and my dad's megane III went from 111 to 139bhp and thats just via a tuning box from TDI-Tuning.co.uk

Best off getting a custom back box like I did and keep the tailpipes,

You'll get better sound and response due to the back pressure build up and release.

I've had the lot, K&N panel filters, Halfords Cone's, Halfords Carbon Enclosed Cone, and now a Pipercross.

The Halfords Cone did the job well but there was better response with the Pipercross one!

So far its working ok *touch wood*. so its ok for now. Paul @ Renault Parts Direct said he's going to ask the workshop if they have come across something like this before.

But its strange it stopped working for 2 hours and then was ok again.

Its gone back to normal, dont understand what happened!
