Re: Air bag warning lights!

My problem was the same as Chevin. Randomly the air bag light would flash on for a couple of seconds, then go back off. Took it into Renault to be checked. They hooked it up, and came back to me with a prive of £289 to fix because the loom was damaged, i explained kindly to the guy that if it was da...

Re: speaker size

As said before the Pioneer TS-Q131C's are the direct replacement's for the front. The back's are much harder, but well worth it in my opinion, the bass from the back of the car is brilliant with mine in. The tutorial I did is here if you haven't seen it. https://www.meganeownersclub.co.uk/forum/view...

Re: Press clutch to start not working - And various other proble

Welcome along. The clutch pedal will have a plug on the back, that may have come loose or snapped the wire, check that and your problem should be solved. Not sure about the window's, could be a dodgy regulator. As for the radio, you may again have a bad connection with the steering control's, but i ...

Far too much, somewhere around £150 a wheel i would have said.
Much better off looking around scrap yards and ebay for some.

Re: electric window control unit

Does anybody know if it's possible to retrofit the one touch facility. My driver's door has it, but passenger does'nt. I know the driver's door switch is different, it has two length's of travel, one for normal use, and then a little further for one touch. Just wondering if i get a switch with both ...

Re: What's in your CD player?

Im with Gavnaysh, i will lower the tone, i've got a mix by DJ Paddymph (found him through the meganesport forum) and the Cafe Del Mar Chillout Cd from a couple of years back. Both quite chilled dance music. But i do also like much harder DnB.

Re: My First Renault Megane

Welcome along

Nervastella's are already on the car. If you just want 17" Renault ones, the Nervasport's are really nice, but not too dissimilar to your current one's.

BTW, the RenaultSport alloy's wont fit though. Your wheels are 4 stud while the Sport's are 5 stud.

Re: Forum newbie, bit of ice help

There's more than one Stigner Dry Cell battery so couldn't tell you.
Its all down to the power of the battery, and iirc the diesel engines need much more to kick into life, than a petrol.
Bit more info on the battery itself may help you to get a decent answer though.
