Never never remove glow plugs or spark plugs on a hot engine! The engine is hot, thus makin the everything metal expand and will nip onto the threads! Sorry but necer do it on a hot or warm engine

Id take the throttle body off n clean the gunk out from round the butterfly, might help cos its worse when cold it will be thicker than when its warmed up

Is it fly by wire throttle?

Iv got the 1.5 dci 80 with the 5speed box, and was wondering if the 6 speed bos from the dci 106 is just a direct swap or is there loads of other bits to change?

im after the part number for rear sun blind clip that sits under the wind rubber, just noticed i have one missing!!

Iv only just got mine aswel but do know the auto light thing, engine running and the light position off, press and hold the auto button should activate them

yeah thats what i thought, i was going to code the rubstrips n 225 front bumper but i dont think it needs it, like you say the colours all suit it, but the headlights stick out like a saw thumb!!!!

Bought this to save a bit of money as iv already got an s1 106 rallye that iv turbo'd and a stripped n caged corsa vxr!!!

But im guna look at almost free/cheap stuff, tintin headlights, machine polish it and a new head unit!

woah woah woah go steady!!!! i know the ins and outs of it all, its without springs so i can block my rallye in at night, the springs arent being chopped, they are being squashed by a coilspring company so its all legal, i will just have to run helpers so it will pass come mot time! That is the idea...

This is with the springs removed while i have them modified!!

It has dropped it a mega amount but the tyre profile on the 17s doesnt show it! Going from a 205 55 16 to a 205 40 17 there is a 4cm loss in tyres size!!!

Yeah thats what im thinkin, i was lookin at the pic lastnight n noticed it was level to the floor but need the front lower cos of that stupid arch gap!!

And i will do, giving them a ring thiscweek n hopefully have a quick turn around!!
