Re: Megane Clock (time) problem!

If it's consistently 20 minutes fast, then isn't it just wrong by 20 minutes?!?

Re: Scenic Service Light Reset

When I bought my car (the one in my signature) I had a 'Change Oil Soon' message on my display and the Service Spanner was lit. They'd changed the oil at the garage though so I knew the oil was fine. Apparently all I had to do was reset the display. Now these are instructions for a Megane, I don't k...

Re: Sunday Mod...

Yes I've seen I've got a light actually in the door under the pocket. I'd assumes the light was in the actual kickwell near the pedals. My mistake. Sounds a lot easier to do now! Another side question which should be in another thread! I have a Megane II Phase 1. I can't use HID bulbs in my headligh...

Re: Help before I loose it at the garage tomorrow

Well it's good they're admitting fault and repairing it. I can imagine some garages doign otherwise!

I can understand you wanting a new car but how are they repairing it? Are they putting a new (2nd hand) engine in it? If so it might be an engine that's done a lot less miles than your current one.

Re: Help before I loose it at the garage tomorrow

Don't know about your above question but past experiences of snapped cam belts (not to my car personally but to friends/family) have resulted in completly knackered engines. Doesn't sound good, sorry.

Yes, very strong words with the garage indeed! :? Let us know how it goes.

Re: Megane 1.9 dci losing water rapidly! HELP!

I had a similar problem with my previous car, a T-Reg Ford Escort Mk VI. Basically one day as I was (thankfully) pulling up at home my water pump exploded and my car empited this rust coloured water all over the road! Took it to the garage and spent a small fortune having a new water pump fitted and...

If it is actually the rubber door sill try rubbing candle wax on it. It'll stop it sticking during winter months as well!

Nice! Where did you wire the LED into? Did you just splice off of the kickwell interior light?

Re: anyone used this moisture guard stuff?

Yes it's foam so you'd think it'll absorb water but this products purpose is to prevent water absorbtion. It's used to protect the speaker cone from water damage so I reckon it's safe to use. Dunno how it'll work though!

Re: My Megane.

Loving the Wind Deflectors there Clone. I've been on the search for some of these for ages but all the others I've seen have a large profile and just look wierd. These seem quite slimline and definetly don't look out of place! Where did you get yours from? I've searched on the Climair website and th...

Re: HELP..

Yeah they appear to be. I've just randomly clicked on four different files and they all opened fine for me.

Try reinstalling Adobe. If that doesn't work check out your pdf file association and make sure Adobe Reader is selected as it's preferred program.
