use the search facility mate.

have your window all the way to the top then pull the corisponding button up and hold it for about 30 seconds. this resents the windows memory of were its position is.

its the defuser! take a look around the site, this is a common falt! easy fix if the dealers paying!

get your window all the way up..... then pull the appropriate button up and hold it up for 30 seconds (i think it only has to be 10 - 15 seconds but id do it for 30 to be on the safe side.) after 30 seconds has passed let go, try the wondow and let me know if it works
