This deal has not yet gone through as it has been referred. The acquisition could be seen to allow Pendragon a monoploy position in the UK retail car market!

Hope it's allowed to proceed though!!!

Half the problems with new Renaults is because people seem to be terrified of leaning very heavily on their dealers :x . If they did dealers would lean on Renault UK etc., etc.. My guess i...

Now all you need is some Xenon PIAA bulbs for the foglamps or the PIAA HID driving lamps that fit in place of the standard and IMHO pretty useless fogs. A Xenon dip will make the fogs more or less redundant anyway - I am assuming that the kit is with Bi-Xenons BTW! The HID driving lamps will more th...

RENAULT ASSISTANCE??? I phone, explaining that the car's got a misfire, needs new injection coil(s) and they send out an AA man with no coils, who can only offer to tow me to the nearest dealer who is closed at that time of night! Next day, another call, different operator - "sorry madam, we don't ...

Re: Over revving? and Whistling/Whining?

Can you help?My Megane 1.4 16v 04 plate seems to be revving high? when travelling at 30 mph the rev counter goes up to 4000! Is this correct or is this just part of it being down to a 1.4 engine and that it needs more revving to speed up with or could there be a problem? Also my car has developed a...

Usual heater blower motor problem. Get it replaced before it goes up in smoke. Seriously because if you don't, you'll never get rid of the "fishy" (burning electrics) smell.
