Does your mirror have a tiny hole in it facing the window? Its an Electrochrome mirror if it does like mine. Sounds like the motor is screwed up for some reason, you should never hear it. Try putting your finger over the hole then shinning a torch at it, it should turn a blue tint.

I guess other ppl have maybe changed bulbs in many other cars so know what way the clip works and can do it without having to look at it. Best way is to remember what part of the bulb is at the bottom, then place the new bulb in your hand the same way, should just be a reverse procedure.

Im going to have to get my replaced too but thats after 45k and its a scenic. I would imagine renault parts would have lasted longer than a year! Have you changed the pads since you got the disks on, as im sure one set of pads could not wear out a disk?

Its done and dusted m8, got my money back and put complaints in too the right places. So as far as im concerned its over. There was a big row on another forum about it and there was emails sent etc etc so id rather not get into all that again lol Pity too cause i quite liked the other wheels too lol
