Re: *Sigh*......Stolen car keys!

If I remember correctly, you also need to take proof of ownership of the vehicle too.

Re: Door handle 'chrome' cracked

This is a common problem, I had mine replaced during the warranty period, only for it to happen again a few years later. You say your car is just over 3 years old, what is your mileage? I suggest you take pictures of the door handles, print the pictures and enclose them in a polite letter to Renault...

Re: Screenwasher Problems :( Persistant

did you get it sorted seanog5? ulrich100, incidentally my rear washer isn't working very well, sometimes it doesn't work at all and other times the 'pressure' of the water coming out is very low and it takes ages to start spraying. I don't think it's the pump, as I can hear it and I changed it a few...

Re: particulate filter light sport dci 175

As far as I'm aware, there isn't much else you can do I'm afraid... If the warning light/message is definitely concerning the FAP, I'd be inclined to drive the car as least as possible, because if the filter becomes clogged by more than a certain amount even a forced regeneration will not work and t...

Re: Does it have a tubo?

If yours is the 1.9dCi 130, then yes it is a turbo. It is a rarer engine, hence why you usually come across the 1.9dCi 120 (which is also turbocharged) online. Is your friends Vectra the 1.9cdti 120hp or 150hp version? I assume it's the 150hp one, which would explain why it so fast! As you say, post...

As far as I can remember, they're LEDS in there not bulbs, with no 'official' way to change them I'm afraid.

Re: connects 2

What year is your car? I have a connects 2 on my megane, I installed it in 2005, for my 2004 megane. At the time, I'm sure it was not compatible with 2005 onwards models, as the radio is CAN-BUS or something. As it was almost 6 years ago, I cannot remember anymore... Just to confirm, we're talking a...

Re: A list of problems!!

for the washer pump, try the removing relevant screws/fastenings and bending the drivers wheel arch liner back first and going in through there. I managed to change mind this way. Warning though, be prepared to work 'blind' as you won't be able to see what you're doing until you've actually got the ...
