Ive been with bell for two years now and they must think im stupid. My renewal came through yesterday, and they put it up from 500 to 825?! with admiral, elephant (both sister companies) and even putting the details in their site as a new customer its just over 400... I rang up asking what was going...

the most common 1.9dci is the 120, the newer ones are 130. Ive never seen any other ones. The turbos on them are made of cheese so need more regular oil changes than reno recommend. ive never drove a 1.5 but i think the megane maybe abit heavy for the 86bhp version.

i paid about 35quid, which now im annoyed at because it is only a fuse. Take the cover off that red box and see if you can see any black burnt bits. I think the whole thing is about £10 from the dealer.

did you connect it to the red box part ontop of your battery? There are fuses in there. I did that last year, tried to jump off a bolt in that box and blew a fuse, (not knowing they were fuses). you just pull it off. i know the 1.9 is held on with 3 plastic clips I presume the 1.5 is similar.
