Re: do i have auto wipers?
auto wipers were standard on all meganes i think.
drop it down to position 1. it'll wipe once and should be it.
then pour some water on your windscreen (around the center, wher mirror is)with help of someone. more water = faster wiping. else it'll be intermittant.

Re: first of many problems i need help with !
yep, the clutch/brake wires were prone to breaking on phase 1's. uch is the brain/computer/ecu/whatever you want to call it in other terms. i don't recall the stop/service lights flashing. they're usually on solidly if there's a problem. out of interest, are you missing any of the covers in the fron...

have you manually checked your oil level? don't rely on the electronic gauge when you start up.
if you've got a 3-door, try the connector under drivers seat. it's probably loose. (dis/reconnect with engine off).
dunno about eml.

Re: 52 plate 1.6vvt dynam facelift model should i buy??
early models were bad. to be fair, the problem parts would have been replaced by now. the 1.6 engine does have it's problems though which can crop up now and again like any engine. but i'd say no still.

get some LED bulbs. Since it's for main beam, shouldn't pose much of a problem.
