For a new bolt, try any hardware store. Just take one of the other bolts with you for a reference. And, even if almost everything is heavily priced at Renault, a simple bolt of this type shouldn't cost a fortune even at a stealership... What bothers me about these AAs are those three leds at the inner corners. Or not the leds per se, but their separate round housings. They look so stuck on. Why did they have to make them like that when the vertical inner corner could have been flat and still have the leds there. Still I have to say...

So you'd just need to unclip the temperature sensor from the RH-side original mirror and find a way of fitting it to the aftermarket wanna-drive-a-bmw-but-cant-afford-one mirror.
